Issue description
I'm getting sometimes an error with the commonSetupEvent, but it's very inconsistent since only happens a couple times, but don't know why it happens.

- If the error doesn't appear, restart

Can confirm, happens every few startups
Minecraft: 1.21.1
Patchouli: 1.21-88-NEOFORGE
Neoforge: 21.1.188
Can also confirm. This is going to sound silly, but the only way I can launch the game in my environment is if I pause my Spotify first. I'm not sure how these two can even be related, but if I'm listening to a song, the crash occurs; otherwise, the game loads normally.
Attached is the log from the time the crash occurred in case it might be useful.

No, that's different from the error the submitter of this bug ticket got. Yours is covered in #792.
On second thought, these might be related on a higher level.
