Entries without the advancement key are sorted and placed before any entries with the advancement key.

The first few entries, entries Limestone through Stone, Cobbled, do not have the advancement key. The last entries, entries Ash through Wood Chips, do have the advancement key.

None of the entries have the sortnum key.

This behavior is also present in the entry index.

I expect that the list of entries be one, contiguous, alphabetized list independent of the advancement key.

Further investigation revealed that I had B:"Disable Advancement Locking"=true.

This behavior is only present when that flag is enabled.
