This is something I experienced while working with a pre-existing 1.12 version of Patchouli, which I understand isn't supported any longer. I'm not sure if the code has already been modified, but it would be great if assigning a "flag" to an entry alerted if the flag didn't exist -- instead of being set to true or false.

This might only be possible with simple flag combinations, I'm not sure. I haven't had a moment to check if PAtchouli for 1.15 has the same issue.
