I am currently trying to use ! in order to make an entry appear when a particular mod is not installed ("!mod:MODID"). However, the entry does not appear regardless of whether the mod is installed or not. This is also the case for individual pages with the flag.

This issue is stale because it has been open for a while with no activity. Please bump if this is still an issue, or this ticket will be closed soon.
