Patchouli is currently under the CC BY-NC-SA 3.0 license for all of its code and assets.

This is problematic because CC licenses are bad for code (search the web for many articles on the topic), and also because the "NonCommercial" part can potentially be ambiguous in the many places Minecraft mods interact with money.

Thus, I propose we do the following:

• Relicense the assets of Patchouli (assets/{lang, sounds, textures}) to CC BY-SA
• Relicense the code of Patchouli (everything else in the repo, forge and fabric branches) to MIT

I'll keep this for commenting, then if there's no objections I'll collect a list of people we need to ask.
