Game freezes after a couple seconds after joining. Removing Patchouli fixes the problem

This is similar to a problem I'm having. I'm getting an FPS of 1. Yes, one. Removing Patchouli (and the three dependent mods) from the modpack corrects this.

However, loading Patchouli and the three mods by themselves as a modpack has no issues, FPS of 60. I'll be testing more, because I can't currently be certain the problem is Patchouli and not one of the three mods it supports, and the issue certainly involves some other mod since it runs fine by itself.

Edit: Turns out my problem is not Patchouli at all, it's CosmeticWeapons.
