since this glasses and panes have glazed terracotta pattern so they need to have the rotation of the source block as well
my suggestion is a simple solution just by adding the alternate textures to different shape of crafting

and my another suggestion is that the current crafting shape introduce the center piece texture of the glazed terracotta (combining 4 block pattern into one)

Ok I only tested the patterned pane glasses and they didn't have rotation but it seems the patterned glasses has the rotation pattern so just needed add rotation to pane glasses I guess
