In what kind of world or server did the problem occur?

My multiplayer server that I was running

What went wrong? (Crash logs don't go here)

I have been running this server with origins addons which scale the player both a smaller and bigger size.
but everytime someone dies in the server it resets their height to a normal steve size. i have been messing around with the configs
and turned on persist size scaling but still doesnt work!
