[Suggestion]: held_item scale shouldn't affect worn items

What is your suggestion?
At the moment, the held_item scale also affects non-armor items worn in the armor slots, most notably carved pumpkins as they're the only vanilla item using this rendering as far as I'm aware, but also any other item added by other mods such as Server Hats.
Depending on the item this causes weird rendering issues, such as items displaying where they shouldn't, either overlapping or leaving weird gaps depending on scale, making it a weird annoyance when trying to play around with both features, and it would be nice if these slots had their own scale to play around with (possibly affecting proper armor in the process as well), or at least weren't affected by the held_item scale like regular armor currently isn't.
