Individual attributes from motion scale

Motion scale is a mess. It forces you to affect jump height, walk speed, swim speed, fall speed, and elytra speed all at once. You can't just choose to edit walk speed or anything individually, and its extremely annoying. So can you please split up motion scale into its respective individual attributes so we can edit our attributes properly?
