If you're going to include your build.gradle you should also supply the gradle folder as well as the gradlew and griddlew.bat

No problems.

It just makes it easier for others if provide everything except your IDE settings and files. Especially since with Minecraft we have a custom Gradle, it's ForgeGradle, meaning they'd have to download Forge just to get the wrappers, hence this being important to bundle.
