I noticed a compatibility issue: Ice and snow won't form next to light sources (although Permafrost does prevent ice and snow layers from melting if they're already there or I add them manually). I'm using Serene Seasons to enable snowfall in biomes which otherwise wouldn't get any. If I remove it, Permafrost works as intended. Tested on several maps with the same result. Would there be any way to fix that?

I'm using:
Forge: 1.12.2 - 14.23.5.2768
Serene Seasons: 1.12.2 - 1.2.15
Permafrost: 1.12.2 - 1.0.4.0
