8bdc9ad seems to consistently change world gen in some scenarios. For me this appears to be 100% reproducable on -4530634556500121041 when taking the ruined nether portal south of spawn. Tested on minecraft 1.16.1, which has different basalt delta generation from 1.16.2+.
