Currently if you pick up a renamed item it doesn't show the actual name of the item you picked up, but what the item would be called if it's not renamed.

It would be nice to see an option to toggle this, and preferably also remove formatting from the named item since they always are in italics which already drives me crazy just thinking about it.

This is now a thing in v1.1.2 when entries are not being displayed as combined.
