My suggestion is to add a line when an item is lost from the inventory without been moved or dropped by the player.
For example, a food stolen by an Alex's mob Seagull.

That’s not possible in the way Pick Up Notifier works. Check out this mod though: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/inventory-spam
