(1.21.1) Flint Shears don't lose Durability when used to Break Blocks.

Describe the bug
As simple as it sounds, normally when using Shears they should take 1 of damage when used to break blocks, no matter the type.
It would be nice for PickleTweaks's Flint Shears to also behave this way.
To Reproduce
Grab a Flint Shear and try to... break a banner for example. No Damage is applied.
Expected behavior
Flint Shears should take 1 of Damaged when used to break any block.
Edit:
They do take damaged when used to break leaves, but my possible request is for them to also take damaged when used to break other blocks too :)
