Inaccessible secondary actions!

"In the calmest of times, keep a cool mind and brace for the worst... Yet, with Piercing Paxels in hand, even the utmost preparation won't spare you!"
Jokes aside, Piercing Paxels have indeed very good mechanics and functions, I like it a lot. But one thing is unquestionable... The *right-click mechanic is a buzzkill, a burden, a mistake of humanity. There is no worse punishment than having a creeper in front of you and not being able to defend yourself with a shield, or not being able to use the trident with riptide in your left hand. It's a whole drama...
I'm not going to come here spewing my ideas without rhyme or reason. Because I don't know how exactly this mechanic works internally, that would be another's job. But what I would like to ask for actually is at least rethink all this right-click stuff.
Thanks a lot for the mod, I appreciate it. Have a good day.
*Right-click mechanic: When Piercing Paxel is equipped on the primary hand, secondary actions and menu are accessed through right-clicking. But this overrides the vanilla secondary hand actions (Shild, food, trident...) making impossible for the player to use these items on secondary hand.
This will be kept in mind for the overhauling update, I'm going to try and remove the right click actions entirely and move features elsewhere.
Hello there,
Thank you for responding to my comment 😊! I appreciate your prompt attention to the issue I raised regarding the Paxel mod. I hope you're doing well.
As far as I know, on my client (using version 1.20.1
and fabric 0.14.21
), the secondary action of the Paxel appears to be enabled at all times, regardless of any upgrades or other factors. However, I understand that you mentioned certain conditions under which this behavior should not be enabled, and it's possible that a bug associated with other mods might be causing the problem on my client.
I genuinely want to assist you in resolving this issue. If there are any specific tests, proofs, files, or any other information you require to help track down the cause, please don't hesitate to let me know. I'm more than willing to provide whatever assistance I can.
Once again, thanks for creating such an amazing mod, and I really hope you can address this minor hiccup smoothly. Wishing you all the best of luck!
