I faced with problem shift button while using to entities like horses, boats from other mods or mounts. For example I can't open entities GUI or dismount from entities. If I disable the mod all wrk correctly.

It is not button conflict because I were disabling all mods in my modpack which use the button too.

I use Forge 43.2.8 and last version of your mod.
