Same issue, in the past I had no problems, but on a different instance with the same mods it had issues, trying to figure out what caused it, it was immediately fast, xaero minimap (only, world map unnecessary), and, Ping Wheel.

Apparently in the problematic instance, I had ImmediatelyFast updated to 1.3.6, anything below worked, took me way too long to figure out what caused it.

  1. Disabling ImmediatelyFast fixes Ping Wheel
  2. Disabling xaero's minimap also fixes Ping Wheel
  3. Disabling any of the 2 would fix ping wheel
  4. If I have ImmediatelyFast 1.3.5 and below, Ping Wheel works properly with all 3 mods installed.

If you have the same issue op, you should rename the title for better clarity.

I believe I should report it on ImmediatelyFast since it was their update that broke it.

Thank you @WxAaRoNxW for the nice summary!

The bug in fact stems from an incompatibility between ImmediatelyFast & Xaero's Minimap, and Ping Wheel is not the only HUD rendering mod that is affected.

TL;DR: until this is fixed, downgrade the mod ImmediatelyFast to version 1.3.5 or below.
