[Bug]: Forge 1.21.4 incompatible with Optifine

What versions of Minecraft have you experienced the issue in?

Expected Behavior

If i use forge without optifine it works as intended.

Actual Behavior

hi first of all i love you mod, but the forge 1.21.4 version seems dont work with optifine. The ping and sound appear but its like the ping appear on the player, if u try move or try to look at it, it just keeps moving behind you. Thank you.

I'm sorry for you experiencing issues with Ping Wheel when OptiFine is installed. OptiFine has lost most of it's popularity due to it's lack of innovation in the last couple of years. The same goes with Forge itself, now slowly being replaced by NeoForge.

Due to recent developments in Minecraft modding we're unable to further go into issues brought about by OptiFine.
