Bug description

Tried to connect a pipe to a tank and my game kept crashing after that. Seems to have smth to do with Mekanism API being outdated.

Mod loader and version

Steps to reproduce

connect a pipe to a tank and shift + right click it with a wrench while Mekanism is present

Expected behavior

game shouldn't crash
