Bug description
It seems that when using the copy features recipe of two upgrades, there is a bug that allows the copying of features not accessible to that tier of upgrade. Ie. Advanced Upgrade has the Filter and Transfer Order options, while the Basic Upgrade does not but can be added by crafting the advanced with the basic.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Apply Filters/Order options to Improved+ Filter
2. Craft with Basic Filter
3. Receive upgrade with features not normally accessible

Expected behavior
Basic upgrade should not change locked features.
