Bug description
Every time the chunk is unloaded and reloaded the upgrades in the pipe dupe

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. place upgrade in a pipe
2. unload chunk where pipe is located
3. load chunk.
4. pick up duped upgrade

Expected behavior
Not to dupe on unload and load
