Describe the bug
When the WAILA mod is not installed, PixelmonInformation causes a crash.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Do not install WAILA mod.
2. Start Minecraft.
3. Crash happens during minecraft loading.

Expected behavior
When WAILA mod not installed, WAILA functions not available.
