This mod is adding NBT tags to blocks that are placed and then picked up, causing them to not stack with blocks that are crafted.

which version, forge or fabric?

It's happening on the Fabric version. I installed the mod on my server and some of the blocks weren't stacking after that. Not sure about the Forge version though.
