[1.14.4] Bows do not retain enchantements when placed

Describe the bug
Reporting on behalf of ReverendKnots from the CurseForge
A player on my server placed their bow down on the ground and when thet retreived it, it lost all its enchants. Just a heads up
To Reproduce
- Place an enchanted bow
- Break it when in survival mode
- The bow item drops, but lost all metadata & enchantements
