[Bug] Plasmo Voice doesn't work on Client running macOS Ventura

I'm using an M1 MacBook Air running macOS Ventura and version 1.16.5 of Minecraft w/ the latest version of Forge on Prism Launcher (5.1) .
Essentially, Plasmo Voice is broken when attempting to use it on a macOS machine. When pressing the V key in-game, it just says that Plasmo Voice is not installed on the server.
This isn't right because checking the server logs, I can see that Plasmo Voice is able to start successfully.

Additionally, other clients on Windows & Linux are able to connect & use voice without issue.
To rule out my OS or MC launcher being the issue, I tried out another voice-chat mod ("Simple Voice Chat"). Upon connecting to the same server again (now with "Simple Voice Chat" installed on both the client & server), I get an OS pop-up asking whether or not I want to accept microphone permissions for the launcher (something I didn't get with Plasmo Voice). Hitting allow, I'm then able to use voice chat just fine with no issues.
I've no idea what's causing Plasmo Voice to not work, but within the client logs, I can see a bunch of errors start as soon as 'OpenAL' is initialised by the mod. Client logs showing this are attached here: Forge 1.16.5 Client Log
