Hey I discovered this mod and thought if somehow you can have thess hostile mobs to follow you along and fight with you like a wolf, but better, so I present my idea of taming these. Taming them by using the head that you got from them, and place on top of 2 clay blocks, which will spawn in a different player mob that is tamed to you.
When tamed, you should be able to interract with them, equip armor and sword, bow and shield.In the end you can create an entire army of player in singleplayer that fight for you, maybe they should even detect monsters automatically without you hitting them first like a wolf.

Thats my idea, idk about healing or taming them so I will leave it to you to surprise me.
