Playermobs works fine in client but crash on server with neoforge 1.21.1

Hello there, i'm not an expert the error could really be totally my bad sorry in advance.
i have an issue when trying to create a server with neoforge 21.1.65 and playermobs 5.1.0.2 here is the logs of the server
(i use serverminer)
