What is your feature request?

you cant scroll vertically when you hover with your cursor over an element which can be scrolled Horizontally which is fine
but it gets really annoying when screen is large or gui scale small enough that there is no horizontal scrolling it still locks up vertical scrolling of the ui

if this problem comes from the ui API you use then then please tell me what api you use so i can report this little annoyance on their issue tracker
