Hey I got an issue with this mod and I think it might be a bug.

Whenever someone on the server increase constitution, they get hurt each time they place a block or swap item in the quick bar (item 1 to 9). Inventory seems to be safe, but when you scroll to select items, the extra hearts are gone with a hurting sound.

It's in 1.19.2 fabric v3.5.4.
