What's the correct format to use there?

I want to add
minecraft:potion{Potion:"parcool:energy_drink"}
and
health_and_disease:broadspectrumantibioticssyringe

Use the ingame config by using the following command /cmdconfig. That is a lot easier and you can change it ingame.
