HUD do not displaying

Since the last update of " CreativeCore_v1.9.36_mc1.12.2.jar ", we have no HUD when we're "dead" and when we try to revive a player...

Can you fix that please?

Forgot to update PlayerRevive. Uploaded a fixed version, should be available soon. Thanks for reporting this issue.
