Describe the bug

I am trying to produce plastic sheets from buckets of molten plastic using the heat frame on a normal chest. I have 3 of the heat/cooling attached to the heat frame chest and its at -273 degrees Celsius but its not turning the buckets of molten into plastic sheets. Is there something else that I am missing?

How to reproduce the bug

Try utilizing the heat frame and you will see it isn't working.

Expected behavior

I would like a hot fix or even someone looking into the bug please.
