There doesn't seem to be a way to get the current elevator height, which would be useful for a lot of things (chimes when arriving at a floor, or just general monitoring of elevators)

Two methods added for detection of current and target elevator height. Getting the target height too allows computers to detect which direction an elevator is travelling.
