Describe the feature

Two options, 1 an upgrade to put into the elevator base similar to the speed upgrade to increase max height by increments with it's maximum being the whole world height. Another is by building multiple of them and merging them similar to the fluid tanks.

Reasons why it should be considered

Currently, to get an increase in height you need to stack Elevator Bases. As someone who likes to create towers from Bedrock all the way to max height, this is bothersome. I cannot use the elevator unless I exclusively use it for the above floors, which is only half of my tower, I want the elevator to work for all floors, and this one has great potential if not for the horrible stacking system.

Where might I find this config on a creeperhost server? I've been trying to find this setting but have been unable to find it. I'm playing this modpack in FTB Plexiglass Mountain. nevermind, I have found it by using the search function. Thank you!

I have considered something like this in the past, and may implement something like it in the future.

A very easy workaround right now is simply to adjust the elevator_base_blocks_per_base config setting to a much larger number.
