[1.19.2] Dedicated server crash on startup due to HeatSink(s)

Describe the bug
When I launch the dedicated server with the mod installed, and the world loads in, it crashes.
How to reproduce the bug
- Place heatsinks (I placed them in a chunk-loaded area)
- Save the world and stop the server
- Launch the server back up
- ...It crashes.
Expected behavior
The server should start just fine.
