Add a Tag to Minigun Ammo

Describe the feature
Add an item tag to give to all the upgrades from the mod, for example pneumaticcraft:gun_ammo.
Reasons why it should be considered
This tag would make it easier to group them together and if a pack wanted to do something with them it would make it easier.
