apotheosis should be replaced with apothic_spawners in https://github.com/TeamPneumatic/pnc-repressurized/blob/1.21/src/main/java/me/desht/pneumaticcraft/common/item/SpawnerAgitatorItem.java#L20

The modID is also different, which is the actual problem, as without full apotheosis it wont display the tooltip.
