Describe the bug

The refinery is working, it doesn't report any issues, but it's not running. To make it work again, I have to restart the server.

How to reproduce the bug

Using the refinery normally. It simply says "no issues," but it doesn't produce.

Expected behavior

The oil is inside the refinery, but it doesn't give any output. I tried with the pipes from Pipiz and Mekanism. It simply says "no issues" and doesn't produce. However, if I restart the server, it starts working again.
