Describe the feature

Currently the only block that can push entities is the air grate tube module, However it has weak pushing force. I would like to request about a block similar to the air grate that has single targeting but can do a stronger push to an entity, similar to a vortex cannon.

Reasons why it should be considered

Pneumaticraft currently does not have any blocks that push entities far away, apart from the vortex cannon. It would be nice if we could get an aimable vortex cannon that does knockback in a specific direction but is also a stationary block. This would also enable more technical things to be done with pneum, such as an arrow/tnt railgun.
