Describe the feature

Support for vertically stacking Crop Supports on plants that can grow higher than one block, with individual blocks independently benefiting from bone meal'ing (e.g. Farmer's Delight tomatoes).

Reasons why it should be considered

Currently, it is actually possible to place crop supports on upper blocks for some plants (e.g. Farmer's Delight tomatoes), but the upper supports are rendered mid-air, unconnected to the lower support(s) (see below screenshot), and they do not appear to actually function to accelerate growth. Adding explicit support for this would be more fun/interesting than the alternative of preventing such placements.

Also, in the specific case of Farmer's Delight tomatoes, it'd probably make sense for the crop support to allow the tomatoes to climb higher than 1 block, without needing a rope or Supplementaries' placeable stick for the vine to climb.
