Describe the feature

Currently the computer control piece is blacklisted in the programmable controller. Don't know the history/reason behind it, but it appears to be almost a decade looking at git commits, and wondering if things has changed since then that can make this possible/plausible now.

Or, if it's plausible to have it as a server configurable option whether that piece should be blacklisted should it be considered overpowered.

Reasons why it should be considered

Minidrones are powerful, but the visual programming can be limiting for complex ideas that would be better fitting for ComputerCraft to control.

Drone is an option, but not as pragmatic for large builds, and not as server friendly.

Appreciate if this can be backported to at least 1.20.x if implemented (At time of writing anyway)
