Suggest on config tweaking maximum / damage pressure level

Describe the feature
As suggested in the title, it would be great to have more customizataion on maximum pressure level so that more recipes can be available
Reasons why it should be considered
Having larger pressure limit of machines also allows proper usage of the compressors. in fact, current status is a bit weird
compressors are having 20 bar limit why all the machines has 5 bar limit only. This results in the air pressure generated cannot be fully utilized
