There is the possibility of using FastTESR's and/or the Forge Animation system (which uses FastTESR's itself) for improving client-side rendering performance.

FastTESR is now used for all fluid tank rendering. There may be a few other places which could benefit from FastTESR without needing to figure out how Forge Animation works.

Since 1.15, everything is effectively a FastTESR, so closing this.
