Allow Pneumatic Dynamo to take Thermal Expansion augments?

Some TE dynamo augments are likely to make sense in the Pneumatic Dynamo. Investigate which.
I went through the current augments, and compiled a list of relevant ones:
Augment | Effect |
---|---|
Aux Transmission Coil | Increases power output + air consumption |
Fuel catalyzer | Increases energy per mL |
Transmission Coil Ducting | Allows pressure input through coil side |
Excitation Field Limiter | Stops dynamo when storage is full |
Isentropic Reservoir | Maybe? (Allows providing coolant) |
Closed-loop cooling | No (prevents coolant from being consumed) |
The first 4 are generic and standard, so should be added. The last two are more interesting. If you decide to implement them, you might need to ask CoFH to expand their API, it's hardcoded in their lang files which machines show up for the specialised augments.
An "Isentropic Reservior" has the effect of boosting Magmatic Dynamo output, but requires pumping in coolant. It might be good to allow this augment, and make it add a coolant tank for dropping temperature directly.
"Closed-loop cooling" seems rather overpowered though - it eliminates the consumption of coolant entirely in the Compression Dynamo (but requires some coolant to be present in the tanks).
