Crash and other weird issues when using other mods wrenches

This occurs when right clicking on a pressure pipe with a TE crescent hammer, appears it may be trying to rotate it (I was expecting it to close the end of the pipe)
There is also some oddities when using the hammer on liquid hoppers. Right clicking on the output side works as expected, changes the direction. However right clicking on the input or other sides, causing the input to rotate as well as the GUI to open.
There may be some issues with other machines but I haven't had chance to try them yet
