Add insulation warning to the Refinery GUI

If the Refinery is not fully insulated (i.e. any block has a neighbour which is air), add a warning in the GUI that the setup is suboptimal and losing heat.
Possibly also do this for the Thermopneumatic plant and other blocks which you don't want to leak heat, but the Refinery is the most important one given the number of potential heat-losing faces it has.
