Issue Description:

when adding new moves via datapacks, it overwrites the current list rather then patching it

What you expected to happen:

not that at all

Steps to reproduce:

1. add a move via datapack
2. load the game
3. see console spam and red text
   ...

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"): Replace with a list of all mods you have in.
