Pokeball sticks with pokemon when you try to capture a pokemon that is not yours

What happens:

When I battle a trainer, I throw a pokeball at the pokemon I don't own and the pokeball follows the pokemon.

What you expected to happen:

I just expect the chat to say "You can't capture pokemon you don't own!", or "The pokemon refuses to get in the ball!" I also expect the pokeball to bounce off the pokemon and turn into an item just like the dynamax ball.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Find a trainer to battle
    2.When the trainer sends out his/her pokemon, you throw a pokeball at the pokemon.
    3.Watch the pokeball as it follows the pokemon
